Attending a bridal show can be a very helpful planning tool. You can personally meet wedding professionals‚ gather information and contacts‚ compare services and prices‚ book your dates and consultations‚ try samples‚ register for prizes‚ and get great new ideas! The East West Wedding Show is committed to providing the information you need to plan your perfect wedding. To help you make the most of this experience‚ here are some tips to prepare you for the show.

Should I bring someone with me to the event?
Yes! Your fiancé‚ family members‚ wedding party‚ and friends can be a great asset to you as you plan your wedding. They can collect information so you can look it over when you get home. You can also bounce ideas off of them at the show when you meet with exhibitors and book your services.

How long should I plan to stay at the event?
Stay for as long as you need to enjoy the event. You'll need time to meet with all of the exhibitors‚ sample the food‚ watch one of the 2 bridal shows‚ and get ideas for your wedding. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes!

What types of businesses will I see at an event?
Visit over 100 booths and meet with wedding professionals that cover everything from the necessities you'll need to plan your perfect day to settling into your new married life. Please refer to our vendors directory for more specific information on the attending businesses.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
It is best to come prepared with a pen or self–addressed labels to register for prizes and information. Bring your checklist of services you need to book‚ or pick up your free East West Wedding Planner‚ in order to save you time. If you want to book a vendor on the spot‚ be sure to read over the contract and check on refund policies.
